Brothers, Friends, and Community Partners,
I am honored to welcome you to the digital home of the Winter Park (FL) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. This space reflects who we are, what we’ve achieved, what we are involved in, and where we are boldly headed. I am Omar Aguila, the 20th Polemarch of the noble Winter Park Alumni Chapter, chartered March 14, 1992. We are a chapter committed to a standard of excellence and progress. We are energized by a personal commitment to brotherhood, legacy, and purpose.
As a standard, we show up with class, to serve hard, and lead with intention while operating in brotherhood. In 2026, we were named the Large Chapter of the Year by the Southern Province and the Crystal Award Community Partner of the Year by the Orange County Public School Board. Take a moment to read about our brotherhood, and the award-winning initiatives we champion including the Kappa Instructional Leadership League and our Guide Right Program which serves over 100 young men combined in Central Florida annually. We host several social events that allow us to award financial scholarships to young men and women attending universities across the country. In addition, we provide mentoring while they pursue their education. I am deeply honored to serve in these endeavors and even more excited about what comes next.
As Polemarch, my vision is simple: to facilitate the deepening of our bond, expand our impact, and welcome every guest and Nupe attending our activities into a thriving, and purposeful experience. This year, we will continue to build on efforts that matter; initiatives that uplift our youth, support our families, and address the real needs of our community. We open our doors wide to partners and sponsors who believe in the transformative power of service and leadership. Impactful experiences that reflect the very best of who we are and the legacy we intend to leave, are critical to our members.
