This past Sunday evening, the Winter Park (FL) Alumni Chapter (WPAC) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. witnessed a profound moment of faith and achievement as two of our own, Brother Dorian Williams and Brother Howard Washington, took significant steps in their spiritual journeys at The Kingdom Church (TKC). In a ceremony filled with reverence, celebration, and divine purpose, Brother Dorian Williams was ordained to the level of Pastor, while Brother Howard Washington and his Silhouette were ordained as Elders. This monumental occasion is a testament to their unwavering dedication to faith, leadership, and service—not only to their congregation at TKC but also to their community and fraternity.

FAITH AND LEADERSHIP: A CALLING TO SERVE

Kappa Alpha Psi has long stood on the pillars of Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor, and these brothers exemplify what it means to lead with integrity, purpose, and faith. Their elevation in ministry is not just a personal accomplishment but a reflection of their deep commitment to serving others, embodying the very essence of leadership that our fraternity upholds.

The journey to ordination is one of devotion, study, and spiritual refinement, and both Pastor Dorian Williams and Elder Howard Washington have walked this path with grace and purpose. Their ascension to these roles further strengthens the bond between faith and service within WPAC, reinforcing the importance of spiritual leadership in uplifting and guiding communities.

A MOMENT OF CELEBRATION AND BROTHERHOOD

As brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi, we recognize that our commitment to achievement extends beyond professional success—it is also about impacting lives, mentoring the next generation, and serving with humility. The ordination of Pastor Williams and Elder Washington is a powerful reminder of the diverse ways in which our fraternity members lead, whether in business, education, public service, or ministry.

Their faith-driven leadership will not only inspire those in The Kingdom Church but will also continue to serve as a guiding light within our fraternity and the community at large. As they step into their new roles, they carry the legacy of Kappa Alpha Psi’s dedication to service, character, and excellence.

CONGRATULATIONS AND CONTINUED SUPPORT

On behalf of the Winter Park Alumni Chapter, we extend our sincerest congratulations to Pastor Dorian Williams and Elder Howard Washington and his Silhouette. Their ordination is a blessing, a calling, and a responsibility that they have embraced with honor.

As brothers, let us continue to uplift and support them in their ministry, celebrating their achievements and standing alongside them as they embark on this new chapter of faith and service at The Kingdom Church (TKC). May their leadership continue to inspire, and may they remain steadfast in their mission to serve, uplift, and guide others.

Congratulations, Brothers! May your faith, wisdom, and service continue to shine as beacons of hope and leadership.
