Senior Kappa Committee Hosts First Annual Senior Kappa Krab Boil

On Saturday, April 5th, the Senior Kappa Committee of WPAC hosted its First Annual Senior Kappa Krab Boil, a special afternoon of fellowship, food, and wellness at the beautiful residence of Brother Frank Browne.
The event brought together brothers and their Silhouettes for a meaningful time of connection, comfort, and celebration. With the warm Florida sun overhead and the scent of seasoned crab and seafood filling the air, the gathering created a relaxed and inviting space for members to unwind, laugh, and share stories across generations.
In a heartfelt display of brotherhood, senior brothers shared stories of their time as young men in Kappa, recalling cherished memories, personal growth, and the lifelong impact of the bond they built through the fraternity. Neophytes listened intently, asking questions and seeking advice, gaining wisdom and inspiration from those who came before them.
More than just a social event, the Krab Boil also served as a moment to raise awareness about the importance of healthy living—especially as we age. Conversations centered around making better dietary choices, staying active, and supporting one another in the journey toward wellness and longevity.
As the first event of its kind hosted by the Senior Kappa Committee, the Krab Boil was a resounding success—building bonds, strengthening community, and laying the foundation for what promises to become a cherished annual tradition.
Brotherly love, good food, and a shared commitment to a healthier future made this inaugural event one to remember.
