We are excited to invite you to the Men’s Health Fair on Friday August 23 at the Winter Park Community Center in Orlando. Hosted by the Winter Park Achievement Foundation, a professional group of men committed to promoting health and wellness, this free event is designed to address the unique health challenges faced by men of coloar and to provide valuable resources for healthier living for all men.

What to Expect:
• Free Health Screenings: Get vital health checks, including blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and prostate screenings.
• Mental Health Resources: Access support and information on mental wellness, stress management, and mental health services.
• Fitness Demos & Activities: Participate in engaging fitness demos, led by expert trainers, and explore ways to stay active.
• Dietary Planning: Learn about healthy eating habits and food prep with live presentations from nutrition experts.
• Local Health Experts & Vendors: Connect with healthcare professionals, Black-owned wellness businesses, and fitness practitioners.
